Representatives from the Cambridge City Council, the University of Cambridge, relevant institutions, and businesses were invited to visit China and participate in these events, with the aim of further expanding cooperation opportunities and sharing the development benefits arising from China’s high-level opening-up.

The participating guests expressed strong interest in China’s economic development prospects and international cooperation opportunities. All parties agreed that this event provides an excellent opportunity to further strengthen communication and connections between Cambridge and relevant Chinese cities, universities, and enterprises, promote the implementation of more practical cooperation projects, and achieve complementary advantages and mutually beneficial outcomes.

As one of the oldest and most influential traditional Chinese cultural events in the United Kingdom, the Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival not only showcases the unique charm of Chinese traditional culture but also serves as an important platform for promoting UK-China cultural exchange, trade and economic cooperation, and people-to-people friendship. The Company will continue to serve as a bridge between the two countries and actively promote cooperation and exchanges in the fields of trade, education, science and technology, and culture, contributing to the shared development of both sides.
